ABOUT THE POSITION
M32 Connect is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Sales and Publishers Support to expand its team and meet growing customer needs. Do you want to be part of a fast-growing tech business and work alongside a dynamic team? We have just the job for you!
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be an important reference point for several M32 teams: Sales, Ad Ops (advertising operations) and Tech. You will work on various platforms and with several types of products, in an environment that is constantly evolving.
In short, your main tasks will be to:
- Support the Business Development & Digital Sales team, in Quebec and Ontario.
- Create or update documents related to sales, contracts, processes, publisher profiles and products.
- Manage data entries and updates in different M32 platforms.
- Ensure follow-ups and communications with clients.
- Participate in the implementation of M32 products offered to publishers and advertisers.
- Coordinate with the various internal teams to collect and share relevant news with clients and partners.
- Perform all other related tasks related to sales activities and support to publishers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in the media & digital advertising industry, or any relevant experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA and WordPress, an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ease of learning
- Autonomy and sense of initiative
- Team player
- Fully bilingual or anglophone: English and French, spoken and written
