ADVERTISEMENT SERVICES
This schedule describes the M32 Advertisement Services. The nature and the number of Advertisement Services may evolve over time. If new Advertisement Services are made available by M32, M32 shall notify the Client who may enter into a Service Order with respect to such new service.
1.Ad Operations
- Description:
- The ad operations relate to the management activities and the operations of the ad serving platforms to deliver digital campaigns.
- Services:
- Configure the selected ad server:
- Configure the ad units
- Define the targeting options
- Configure the script handling the ad requests
- Sales support:
- Determine the available inventory
- Validate the feasibility of a possible campaign
- Management of the sold campaign:
- Set up the sold campaigns
- Validate the campaign creative
- Monitor the campaign delivery
- Provide screenshots as delivery proof (if requested and possible)
- Generate campaign delivery report (if requested)
- Support Requests:
- The request is made through the ticketing platform or by email at the official support address.
- Here are possible support requests:
- Implement campaigns
- Evaluate available inventory for possible campaigns
- Answer questions (e.g. technical, bad delivery, etc.)
- Service Level:
- The request is made through the ticketing platform or by email at the official support address will be responded to within 24 hours on business days.
- To implement campaigns, all necessary material as required by M32 must be received in time. The campaign type dictates the minimum time required for implementation. This time is used for testing. The minimum implementation time is:
- Regular campaigns: 2 business days
- Page takeover: 5 business days
- Access:
- The Client and M32 will agree on the ad serving platforms used to provide the service. If the selected platforms do not belong to M32, the Client will provide the necessary access to M32 to render the service and shall ensure it has all the rights to allow use of and access to such platforms.

2. Media Buying
- Description:
- Media buying means that we are buying media on behalf of the client on platforms other than the one used by the client.
- The operation of this service is provided by M32 and is subject to the Ad Operations service described above.

3. Outstream Video Hosting
- Description:
- An “Outstream” video ad unit, also commonly referred to as “in-read” or “native video,’ is a video advertising unit that auto-plays in a large format player whenever a user navigates to it within text content (typically an article), even if the publisher doesn’t have their video content.
- This service allows the use of an Outstream capable platform to run sold campaigns.
- The Client can use this platform to host its digital properties and run campaigns.
- The operation of the platform is provided by M32 and is subject to the Ad Operations service described above.

- Configure the environment (user account, security, etc.).
- Operations:
- M32 manages the general parameters of the platform and direct campaigns.

4. M32 Ad Manager 360 Hosting
- Description:
- Known as Ad Manager 360, licensed to M32 by Google. This hosting service provides access to additional functionalities not available in the base version of the Google platform, i.e. Ad Manager (https://admanager.google.com).
- This service allows the use of the Ad Manager platform to run sold campaigns.
- The Client can use this platform to host its digital properties and run campaigns.
- When the operation of the platform is provided by M32, it is subject to the Ad Operations service described above.

- Configure the environment (user account, security, etc.).
- Operations:
- M32 manages the general parameters of the platform.
- M32 manages communications with Google for all technical questions. The client should submit questions to M32.
- Restrictions:
- The Client’s employees are the only ones permitted to access the platform. M32 must approve any consultants of the Client before granting access to the Ad Manager environment.
- M32 defines user permissions and roles on the platform.
- Rules:
- The Client agrees to respect the usage policies and the content rules set by Google: see https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6008942?hl=fr.
- M32 may remove any content and/or revoke user access when the rules established by M32 or Google are not respected.

5. Social Display Banner
- Description:
- An ad format for brands to run social posts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) as display ads in mobile and desktop 300×250 inventory.
- The operation of the platform is provided by M32 and is subject to the Ad Operations service described above.
- Services:

- Configure the environment to run and accept this format.
- Operations:
- M32 manages the general parameters of the platform and direct campaigns

6. Manage Account
- Description:
- Help the Client in the operation of its Google Ad Manager and, if applicable, of its Google Ad Exchange.
- Services:
- Answer technical questions about Google Ad Manager
- The ad operations activities is handled by the “Ad Operations” services.
- For Client with their own Google Ad Exchange,
- Answer technical questions
- Configure the pricing rules and the protections
- Monitor the pricing rules
- Make recommendations on pricing rules and protections on a weekly basis
- Produce performance report on a weekly basis
- Implement recommendations upon Client’s approval

- M32 will submit, through the Google Ad Manager platform, a form authorizing M32 to manage the Client account.
